# Dashboard

A guide to understanding the web-based interface for monitoring and managing client-level operations on the Venator platform.

The Client Dashboard serves as the centralized control panel for clients to manage credentials, request services, and monitor account activity within their environment. It provides real-time visibility into service access, request status, performance metrics, and account updates relevant to the logged-in client.

## **1. Dashboard UI**

The Dashboard section provides a consolidated overview of account status, service access, performance insights, and quick operational tools tailored to the logged-in client.

## **2. Using the Dashboard**

The Client Dashboard functions as a service management and operational control layer for client users.

### **Dashboard Header**

The header section displays:

* Dashboard title
* Welcome message with client name (e.g., **Welcome back, Core Venator!**)
* Short description guiding platform usage (*Monitor your identity infrastructure performance and service health*)
* **Time filter (e.g., All Time)** for data range selection
* **Request Service** button for quick access
* Account balance and client profile indicator

### **Monitor Account Overview**

The top section provides key indicators, including:

* **Active Credentials** — Total authorized services/credentials
* **Pending Requests** — Requests awaiting administrator review
* **Notifications** — Recent account updates

Additional performance metrics include:

* **Success Rate** — Percentage of successful transactions
* **Avg Latency** — Average response time
* **Total Transactions** — Total processed requests

These metrics provide a quick snapshot of account status, performance, and activity.

### **Monitor Analytics**

The dashboard includes analytics panels for deeper insights:

* **Verification Trends** — Daily transaction volume analysis (Live view)
* **API Reliability** — Distribution of HTTP response statuses

Empty states are displayed when no data is available for the selected period.

The **Quick Actions** panel provides shortcuts to commonly used features:

* **Request Service** — Access and request new services
* **My Credentials** — Manage API keys
* **Playground** — Test APIs and integrations
* **My Services** — View authorized services
* **Notifications** — View account alerts
* **Settings** — Manage profile and configuration

This improves efficiency by reducing navigation steps and enabling faster task execution.

### **Track Service Requests**

#### **Recent Service Requests**

Displays the latest service access requests, including:

* Service name (e.g., Government ID Verification, Age Estimation, Liveness Detection)
* Request date
* Status indicators (**Pending**, **Approved**)

Includes a **View All** option to access the complete request history.

### **Monitor Notifications**

The Notifications metric provides insight into:

* Recent account updates
* System alerts and important changes

This helps users stay informed about platform activity.

Users can access credential management to:

* View active API keys
* Securely manage and organize credentials

The Playground enables:

* API testing
* Integration validation before production use

Navigation is managed through the left-hand sidebar, providing access to all modules:
