# My Services

A centralized section for managing identity verification services that are enabled for a client account within the Venator platform.

The **My Services** module allows clients to view all services they have access to, monitor their operational status, and interact with them through the integrated testing playground.

The My Services section provides visibility into approved, pending, and rejected service requests, ensuring clients can easily track which services are available for integration and testing.

The **My Services module** can be accessed from the Client Portal sidebar under **Services → My Services**.

## **1. My Services Interface**

The **My Services interface** presents all enabled services as structured service cards, allowing users to quickly review service availability, status, and operational readiness.

The interface includes:

* Service status filters
* Service cards
* Operational indicators
* Quick access to the testing playground

This layout provides a clean overview of all services available within the client account.

## **2. Using the My Services Module**

The **My Services section** enables clients to monitor service availability and interact with approved services through the platform interface.

***

### **Service Status Filters**

At the top of the page, service tabs allow users to filter services based on approval status.

Available filters include:

* **Approved** — Services that are active and ready for use
* **Pending** — Services that have been requested and are awaiting approval
* **Rejected** — Services that were not approved for access

These filters help users quickly identify the current status of their requested services.

***

### **Service Cards Overview**

Each available service is displayed as a **service card**, providing a quick overview of service information and status.

For each service, users can view:

* **Service Name** — Name of the verification service (e.g., Document OCR, Database Validation)
* **Service Category** — Type of service being used
* **Approval Badge** — Indicates whether the service is approved
* **Operational Status** — Displays whether the service is currently operational
* **Activation Date** — Shows when the service became available

This structured card layout allows users to quickly review the readiness and availability of services.

***

### **Service Card Details**

Each service card contains key operational details and metadata.

Typical card components include:

* **Service icon** representing the verification category
* **Approval badge** displayed at the top-right of the card
* **Service description** explaining the functionality
* **Operational status indicator**
* **Service activation date**

Example services shown in the interface include:

* **Document OCR** — Extracts structured data from identity documents using Optical Character Recognition.
* **Database Validation** — Validates identity data such as name, date of birth, and document number against trusted data sources.

***

### **Service Actions**

Each service card includes available actions for interacting with the service.

#### **Open in Playground**

The **Open in Playground** action allows users to:

* Test the service API
* Submit sample requests
* View response outputs
* Validate integration workflows

This helps developers quickly experiment with services before integrating them into their applications.

***

### **Remove Service**

The **Remove** option allows users to remove a service from their active service list if it is no longer required.

Removing a service disables access to that specific verification capability.

***

## **3. Operational Use Cases**

The **My Services module** is commonly used for:

* Monitoring which verification services are approved for the client account
* Tracking service request status (Approved / Pending / Rejected)
* Checking operational readiness of services
* Testing services through the integrated playground
* Managing enabled verification capabilities

This allows clients to manage their service integrations efficiently within the Venator platform.

## **4. Navigation**

The **My Services section** is accessible from:

**Client Portal → Services → My Services**
