# Quick Start

Access the **Venator Client Portal** to manage your services, credentials, and verification workflows from a unified interface.

## **1. Prerequisites**

Before getting started, ensure you have:

* A valid **work email address**
* Access approved by your administrator (if required)
* Stable internet connection
* Supported browser (Google Chrome recommended)

## **2. Access the Client Portal**

## **3. Create an Account (Sign Up)**

If you don’t have an account:

1. Open the Client Portal
2. Click **Sign Up**
3. Fill in the required details:
   * **Full Name**
   * **Company Name**
   * **Work Email Address**
   * **Password**
   * **Confirm Password**
4. Click **Sign Up**

## **4. Admin Approval**

After completing the Sign Up process:

* Your account may require administrator approval before activation.
* A notification may be sent to your organization’s admin for verification.
* After approval, you can proceed to log in to the Client Portal.

## **5. Sign In to Your Account**

If you already have an account:

1. Open the Client Portal link
2. Enter your **Email Address**
3. Enter your **Password**
4. Click **Enter Dashboard**

  Use **Forgot Password** if you need to reset your password.

## **6. What You Get After Login**

Once inside the dashboard, you can:

* **Manage API Credentials** through centralized key management
* Access the **Verification Suite** for identity services
* Monitor workflows using **Instant Flow** (real-time tracking & audit)
* Navigate across available modules and services

## **7. Next Steps**

After accessing the portal:

* Set up and manage your **API keys**
* Explore and request **verification services**
* Start testing integrations and workflows
* Monitor activity and performance in real time
