1. Notifications Interface

The Notifications interface presents alerts in a structured, chronological layout with filtering and search capabilities. The interface includes:
  • Notification list (latest first)
  • Search bar for quick lookup
  • Status filters (All Inbox, Unread, Read)
  • Category filters (All, Info, Success, Warning, Error)
  • Total notification count
  • Pagination controls (Previous / Next)
Each notification is displayed as a structured row containing key activity details and actions. This layout allows users to efficiently browse, filter, and manage notifications.

2. Using the Notifications Module

The Notifications section enables clients to monitor system activity and manage alerts effectively.

Notification List

The main view displays a list of all notifications in chronological order. Each notification entry contains:
  • Notification Title — Type of event (e.g., New Service Request – Document OCR)
  • Description — Summary of the activity (e.g., access requested for a service)
  • Service ID Tag — Reference ID (e.g., SVC-001)
  • Timestamp — Date and time of the event
  • Status Indicator — Visual distinction between unread and read notifications
  • Action ControlMark as read option
Unread notifications appear highlighted, while read notifications are visually muted.

Search Notifications

The search bar allows users to quickly locate specific notifications by entering keywords related to services, events, or IDs.

Filter Notifications

Users can refine the notification list using filters: Status Filters
  • All Inbox — Displays all notifications
  • Unread — Shows only new/unread notifications
  • Read — Displays previously viewed notifications
Category Filters
  • All — Displays all categories
  • Info — General informational updates
  • Success — Completed or approved actions
  • Warning — Attention-required events
  • Error — Failed or rejected actions
These filters help users focus on relevant alerts.

Mark as Read

Each notification includes a Mark as read action. Selecting this option:
  • Updates the notification status to read
  • Removes highlight from the notification
  • Moves it under the Read filter (if applied)
Notifications remain accessible for historical reference even after being marked as read.

Pagination

For large volumes of notifications, pagination controls allow users to navigate across multiple pages using Previous and Next options.

3. Operational Use Cases

The Notifications module is commonly used for:
  • Tracking new service access requests
  • Monitoring approval or rejection updates
  • Reviewing service-specific activities via Service IDs
  • Managing and clearing unread notifications
  • Keeping visibility into account-level system alerts
This ensures users stay informed about all important platform activities.

4. Navigation
