1. Request Service Interface
The Request Service interface displays all available services that clients can request access to. Services are presented as structured service cards, each containing key information about the service, its functionality, and access pricing. The interface includes:- Service listing cards
- Availability indicators
- Pricing information
- Request access actions
2. Using the Request Service Module
The Request Service section enables clients to discover available services and request access to integrate them into their account.Service Catalog
The main view presents a catalog of available verification services. Each service is displayed as an individual card containing:- Service Name — Name of the verification capability
- Service Category — Type of identity verification service
- Availability Badge — Indicates that the service can be requested
- Service Description — Brief explanation of the service functionality
- Access Pricing — Cost per verification request
- Age Estimation — Estimates a person’s age from a facial image using AI-based analysis.
- Document OCR — Extracts structured information from identity documents.
- ID Verification — Validates identity documents and user identity data.
- Proof of Address (POA) — Verifies address information from utility bills, bank statements, or government letters.
- Know Your Business (KYB) — Verifies company registration details against official registries.
- Face Match — Compares two facial images and returns a biometric similarity score.
Request Access
Each service card includes a Request Access button. Selecting this option allows clients to initiate a request for enabling that specific service in their account.Service Request Form
When a user clicks Request Access, a request form is displayed. This form allows clients to provide additional context for their service request. The request form includes:- Additional Notes (Optional) — A text field where users can provide extra details about their intended use case, integration plans, or business requirements.
- Intended application or integration scenario
- Expected transaction volume
- Compliance or regulatory requirements
Submit Request
After completing the request form, users can submit the service request by clicking Submit Request. Once submitted:- The request is sent to the platform administration team.
- The service request enters the Pending review state.
- Users can track the request status in the My Services section.
