A guide to monitoring, reviewing, and managing all identity checks and verification results within the Venator platform. The Verification History section provides a centralized audit view of all executed identity verification sessions. It enables clients to track verification outcomes, monitor performance metrics, and review session-level activity across integrated services. The Verification History module can be accessed from the Client Portal sidebar under Verifications.

1. Verification History Interface

The Verification History interface combines performance summary cards, filtering controls, and a session-based audit view in a structured layout.

2. Using the Verification History Module

The Verification History section allows clients to review identity verification sessions and analyze overall system behavior.

Summary Metrics Panel

The top section provides high-level performance indicators. For each account, clients can view:
  • Total Sessions — Total number of verification sessions executed
  • Pass Rate — Percentage of successful verifications
  • Avg Latency — Average system performance time (in milliseconds)
  • Failures — Number of declined or error states
These metrics provide immediate visibility into verification performance and system health.

Filtering & Search Controls

The filtering system allows users to refine verification sessions based on specific criteria. Available filters include:
  • Search by ID — Locate a session using its identifier
  • Status
    • All
    • Success
    • Failure
  • Service Filter
    • All Services
    • (Specific services when available)
These controls enable focused analysis of verification activity.

Sessions Panel

The Sessions panel displays available verification sessions.
  • Shows session count
  • Displays empty state (No Sessions Found) when no data exists
  • Allows selection of a session to view detailed audit information
This acts as the entry point for exploring verification records.

Verification Detail View

The right-side panel displays details of the selected verification.
  • Default state: No verification selected
  • Instructional message prompts user to select a session
  • Displays complete audit trail once a session is selected
This ensures a clean and guided experience when navigating verification data.

3. Operational Use Cases

The Verification History module is commonly used for:
  • Monitoring verification performance
  • Reviewing successful and failed sessions
  • Auditing verification activity
  • Identifying system performance trends
  • Investigating failed verifications
It provides a centralized audit layer for operational visibility.

4. Navigation

The Verification History section is accessible from: Client Portal → Overview → Verifications

5. Summary
